After an accomplished career competing on the ATP Tour, Scott transitioned into coaching, where he was appointed Head Men’s Tennis Coach at his alma mater. During his tenure, he earned Regional Coach of the Year honors, showcasing his ability to develop top-tier talent.

Scott's coaching career at the professional level began in 2002, working with both ATP and WTA players. Under his guidance, athletes have achieved remarkable success, securing over twelve Grand Slam titles collectively. His expertise and strategic coaching approach have made him a sought-after mentor in the international tennis circuit.

Adding to his distinguished career, Scott has also served as an Olympic Coach, representing India in 2008 and 2012, followed by China in 2016, further solidifying his reputation as a world-class coach.

Currently, he is actively working with and mentoring India’s World No. 1 doubles star, Shri Rohan Bopanna, continuing his legacy of shaping champions on the global stage.
