The 3 pillar strategy explained
Fitness First
The curriculum is committed to getting children fit first so that they can play not just tennis, but any other sport. The Fitness First component focuses on drills designed to build core strength, stamina, agility and overall fitness.
Right Basics
A key component of the program, Right Basics ensures that children are immersed in strong basic techniques to ensure the creation of a foundation on which to build their game. This segment focuses on basic game skills that are established using a combination of off-court technique lessons, repetition drills and on-court practice sessions.
Play Smart
This component of the curriculum offers participants tips on leveraging their fitness, mental strength and game skills to compete effectively. This includes on-court skills sessions as well as enhanced fitness drills.
